HAWKAMA International was established in 2015 to work in publishing, conference organisation, consulting services and public relations. It holds agreements with numerous entities across the country for the delivery of publishing and conference services, among them:
- Al Sharq newspaper, 2013-2026, covering editorial work and conferences
- Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group: memorandum of understanding on publishing the group's news in Qatari media, 2010-2017
- Mohammed bin Hamad Holding Group: memorandum of understanding to cover the group's news in Qatari media, 2018-2022
