What we collect
Contact form: your name and email, optionally your organisation and phone number, and the topic and text of your message.
Assistant: the questions you type. We do not ask for your name or link questions to you.
Technical logs: our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived operational logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
We use no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising, and we never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your browser keeps one flag in session storage so the homepage opening animation does not replay; it is deleted when you close the browser.
How and why we use it
We use form data only to reply to your message, on the basis of the consent you give when you send it.
Assistant questions are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate the answer; the answer to an opening question may be cached for 24 hours to answer repeat questions faster.
How long we keep it
Form messages arrive in our email and are kept for as long as we are in contact with you. A technical backup copy may be kept for up to 180 days and is then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email info@hawkamaq.com and we will reply within 30 days.
